"I used to spend 10-15 minutes just trying to find a property in the old system. Now with CMA Info's universal search, I type the name and I'm done in 30 seconds. The auto-suggestions are incredible - it even finds properties when I misspell names!"
Stop wrestling with complicated search systems. Start finding any property in South Africa with just a few clicks.
All property types • Nationwide coverage • Instant access
Use the Universal Name Search! Just start typing any name - street, scheme, or estate - and the system will auto-suggest options with clear labels so you know what type each result is.
For most searches, you'll select a specific province/municipality. However, for ID number searches, you can repeat the search in different provinces to see all properties linked to that ID nationwide.
Our auto-suggestion system is very forgiving! It will show you the closest matches even with slight spelling errors. The Universal Name Search is particularly good at finding what you're looking for even with approximate spelling.
Every property you search and every valuation you run gets saved in your Recently Viewed history. Simply select the province/metropole and click search to see all your previous work for that area.
Absolutely! Copy GPS coordinates from Google Maps or your phone's location and paste them into the search bar. Make sure they're in the correct format (e.g., -33.9249, 18.4241) for best results.
